The staff was very good and helpful. The location was convenient. The building appeared fairly new but showed an unusual amount of damage and unsightly efforts at repair. I just wanted a safe room with bed and shower and that's what I got.

I would not recommend this Motel to anyone. There were black handprints on the bathroom door, holes in the walls, no shampoo or body products, no bottled water, no hair dryer... the bed linens were thin and the towels were thin and ratty. The shower head was limed and didn't properly disperse the water, and also made a loud screeching noise when turned on. Never again.

This was the 2nd time I stayed here. Liked it enough to book it again for August. Close enough to Austin College where my son attends school. Clean and comfortable. As a single woman I feel safe there as well.

Happy with room however, they called me before I arrived and asked me if I needed the handicap room that I reserved, I didn't so they gave me a different room because someone needed it. I arrived and asked if they were going to compensate me like a upgrade. . They did not . Then the vending machine only had 3 items out of 35 spots with chips. Nothing else in machine all empty Pop machine didn't work. Then I told them I didn't need maid service. , however the maid did enter my room and gathered my trash and towels that was fine but I noticed that my milkduds was gone and I seen them on maids cart. . I know they were mine because I removed a flap on end of the box . I don't believe I threw them away .
