Villa with Jacuzzi and Heatable Pool

Villa Las Salinas is a spacious and elegant residence, ideal for those seeking privacy, comfort and moments of true relaxation. With large and bright areas, it offers a modern and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for a memorable holiday in the Algarve.



The living and dining room in open space receives plenty of natural light and creates a welcoming environment for socialising.



On the ground floor there are three bedrooms: one with a double bed, another with a double bed and a single bed, and a third with a double bed and a single bed in an en-suite with a shower. There is also a bathroom with a shower on this floor.



On the first floor there are two suites, both with a double bed and private bathroom with shower, providing a peaceful and comfortable space to rest.



The fully equipped kitchen is located on this floor, guaranteeing practicality and comfort in meal preparation.



The exterior is dedicated to leisure, with a garden, Balinese bed, barbecue area and a volleyball or beach tennis court. The heated indoor pool (additional cost) and jacuzzi (additional cost) are available, perfect for extra relaxation moments.



The villa is located in a quiet area of Armação de Pêra, close to beaches, restaurants and shops.



The moving day for this property is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making a reservation, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.



The jacuzzi provides an unparalleled wellness experience, perfect for relaxing in complete tranquillity and making the most of the special moments of your holiday.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



Group deposit: €175 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.



Please note that the occupancy of this property is 12 guests.

From the 13th to the 14th guest, an additional charge will be levied which includes an extra bed.
