Villa Catalina is a modern and elegant residence, ideal for those seeking a relaxing holiday in a comfortable and well-located setting.



The living room is spacious and welcoming, perfect for moments of togetherness with family or friends. On this floor there is also a twin suite with private bathroom, as well as a guest bathroom.



On the first floor there are three suites, two with double beds and one with two single beds, all with private bathrooms.



The kitchen is fully equipped and designed to provide practical and pleasant meals.



On the outside, the heated swimming pool (solar panel), the barbecue, the outdoor dining area and leisure spaces provide relaxed and fun days. There is also a table tennis table and a games room with snooker.



Located in the Olival Valley, in Armação de Pêra, close to the beach and a short distance from restaurants, bars and local shops.



The moving day for this property is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making a reservation, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Heated swimming pool with solar panels – Please note that during the winter months, the water heating system, powered by solar panels, may not operate with the same efficiency as in summer, due to lower availability of sunlight and lower air temperatures.



Hiring a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.

Group deposit: €300 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival. There are some restrictions for group bookings.
