Location was good and price was good. I had an individual room and it was the size of a closet with barely space for luggage. Good wi-fi but no realr room to work. Also a 4th floor walk-up with no offer to help with luggage. Trashcan in kitchen was overflowing with garbage

Worst hostel / experience ever, would not recommend this place to everyone for any reason. The pictures are missleading and are from a long time ago. Please please stay somewhere else, anywhere else but not here.

Clean and comfortable for budget.

I would return to this hostel, let's start there. I have a bad foot and the stairs can be a bit treacherous after a long day of walking. That's probably the biggest negative I encountered. If you're fit and not constantly in pain, you'd be just fine. It's hot and the a/c never totally beats the heat, but oh well. I booked 2 nights in the 10 bed mixed dorm, which was almost empty on the first night. The second night the room was full, but still not too bad approaching capacity. It is clean, and there was always a bathroom or shower stall open when I needed it. Someone kept using my designated shoe bin, so I abandoned my shoes on the stairs. I was given a locker key and never really felt unsafe enough to have to use it, but it was helpful for keeping my stuff out of the way. I was backpacking through; the locker does not fit a backpack, just choice personal items. Nice community feel in the morning when having toast and tea. Old rucksack inn tourist notes on the walls in the hall and dining area from the previous hostel were charming and unexpected.

good things: pleasant reception staff, fresh clean linen on beds, simple free breakfast, good wifi, easy MRT Clarke Quay and City Hall (less changes there) not so good: reception CLOSED 6pm-8am - email came too late with access info; this is just another hostel where a lot of beds are squeezed in; limited shower and toilets, several fire exit signs not working

Great location in Clark Quay

Stayed in the 10 bed dorm and the bed was comfortable and a/c works great. Lockers were appreciated. Staff are very friendly. Wi-fi is very good.

Great choice for my hostel experience in Singapore

Amazing stay! All Receptionists were so nice and helpful. Impressive! Location is very good and quiet. Hostel's conditions were good. Except the aircond was not located perfectly when 2 bed was cold and the other Two hot like desert when Roomate adjust aircond to 28. Omg.

Terrific Place And Location To Stay!

This location was great! Centrally located near restaurants and shops. The staff over exceeded excellent guest service! It is in a safe area and has a lovely breakfast with coffee or tea.
