We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, check-in was fast and efficient, the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable with a great view. The location is ideal for both business and leisure, the hotel sits above a shopping centre and subway station so getting around was very easy.

This first-class hotel in the Raffles Center was the venue for a conference during my stay. It shares an excellent gym (and conferencing facility) with another hotel which I used daily. My room was well set up for computer work with a good computer chair and table plus high-speed WiFi. Staff were attentive and helpful and whatever the guest might need was either available in the hotel or the many shops and places to dine in the multi-level mall.

Everything was excellent from start to finish. If you’re coming to Singapore this is the place to stay. Highly recommend booking high floor room with lounge 65 access. Amazing hotel in prime location with easy access to the marina area. Stayed a few times and it never disappoints. Staff cannot do enough to help and are always around. My only advise is to pay extra for a marina view room (views at night are amazing) over and above the city view where views may be limited.
