The hospitality at the W in Sentosa is unmatched! The breakfast was absolutely incredible and our experience couldn’t have been any better. The hotel is gorgeous, the breakfast is delicious but what stands out at The W Sentosa is the staff. Every single one of them go above and beyond to ensure your trip is the best it can be. Vince and Noel, the two concierges, take the time to get to know you by name and made sure they knew what we were up to each day, provided recommendations and make the children feel like rock stars during their stay! We can’t wait to come back and enjoy the W life once again.
