Good value but needs updating and a good clean!

The property is very run down. The lady at desk upon check in was nice. Upon reaching our room the first thing I noticed was how filthy the door handle was. The room itself was average. The beds were comfy and the pillows were good. However the room needs to be deep cleaned. There were cobwebs and dirt everywhere. We did enjoy a restful night sleep. I think for price paid it wasn’t bad value. I just wish it was cleaner.

I love coming to this motel because my grandchildren love the water park but the condition of the rooms and water park needs repairs and some remodeling. The bathrooms had cracking and peeling on the ceiling and tiles and the water park has cracks and peeling on the equipment and pools. Those artificial Palm trees need to be replaced. The area around the pools have water damage everywhere. This is a wonderful family get away but it does need to be remodeled.

The place was humid and smelled like chlorine, which I guess makes sense because it is a water park, but our room was away from the water. The ad for this place had a tiki bar that wasn't operational when we arrived. The only place to eat is Boston's, which had great food, but the employees were fairly disinterested in their customers.
