The girl working the desk when we checked in was very kind and informative. The hotel is in rough shape. Needs updating. The water park area was very packed. The food from the restaurant was terrible.

The beds were comfortable, but that was the only good thing about our stay. They advertised room service, but that is incorrect. We had a normal hotel coffee maker, but they didn’t provide cups. Coffee situation in lobby is a big star bucks machine with only coffee, No other options, no creamer choices, and it was in no way star bucks quality. Toilet in bathroom was not connected to the floor. Only window faced the large indoor waterpark where everyone walked by. Parking lot was filthy with broken beer bottles, and cigarette butts, right outside the door.

The spot in the parking lot that I parked in had trash and broken bottles surrounding it. The rooms are dated and not in great shape, but adequate. The pool was too full/busy and lots of adults drinking in the pool and hot tub. There were older kids that were not following the rules and being bullies. It just overall felt sketchy and unsafe and the hallways (not poolside) were noisy all night. I would not stay here again.
