✔ NO groups of young people under 28 years of age are admitted.

✔ NO parties or events are permitted.

✔ NO charging of electric vehicles at the property is allowed.

✔ NO commercial filming or photo shoots are permitted without prior approval.

✔ NO food or drink in the bedrooms (to avoid ants and stains requiring professional cleaning).

✔ DO NOT throw rubbish, towels or paper wipes down the toilet. Toilet paper only.

✔ Turn off all lights, air conditioning and heating when leaving the villa.

✔ Before arrival at the property, a link will be sent where you must register the details of ALL guests and also pay the TOURIST TAX (current at the time of booking) mandatory from the Generalitat de Catalunya. The staff in charge of delivering the keys will NOT hand over the keys until this process is completely finished.

✔ Respect the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood.

✔ Smoking is not permitted inside the property.

✔ Only guests included in the booking are allowed to stay.

✔ The maximum capacity of the property must be respected at all times.

✔ Rubbish must be placed in the external bins before departure.

✔ Lost keys will incur an additional charge.



IMPORTANT: If due to the guest's forgetfulness or negligence, a locksmith has to be called to open the property door, the costs will be charged to the guest.



Guests are not responsible for final cleaning, but they must leave the property in good condition, the kitchen tidy and rubbish in the street bins, otherwise an additional cleaning fee will be charged.



For irresponsible conduct, the property owner may request guests to vacate the accommodation immediately, with no right to compensation or refund.

A set of bed sheets and a set of towels per guest are provided at the start of the stay. If you wish to change sheets and/or towels during your stay, you can request it as an additional service and it will incur an extra charge.
