It is in the city centre which makes location of hotel really nice. There are several attractions at walking distance and shopping street is also near by. Room was spacious and very clean. Suitable for weekend stayover. The only thing i dislike about is communication from staff. I requested pre-checkin via chat, which was acknowledge by them and mentioned by them that it depends on availability. Upon reaching hotel at my desired time, manager told me that it will take atleast 2 more hours for rooms to be ready and due to which i left the hotel by taking some precious luggage (which i cannot drop at hotel) for city tour, the luggage was bit heavy and due to check-in denial, it has caused backpain to me and when i reached hotel after 2 hours, i discovered that one of my colleage who stayed back at hotel lobby, got checkin just withing 20-25 minutes after i left the hotel and the strange thing is, he did not even requested early check-in so this kind of miscommunication is really disappointing and not expected from such high quality hotel.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a total of 7N in September before and after a tour. The hotel is in a very convenient location. It is easy walking distance to the main pedestrian boulevard (about 2 blocks) which is lined with shops and restaurants. At the other end of the hotel’s street, trams are available. Next to the hotel is a Bulgarian restaurant which is good and beautifully decorated inside. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet had plenty of choices. The room had a safe and tea and coffee making facilities. Our only room concern was the air conditioning could’ve been cooler but we simply opened a window to cool the room more.

Absolutely fantastic! Stylish, sleek and yet welcoming. The staff were all kind and helpful. Despite the central location, it was quiet at night and we slept extremely well. Location is great, just off Vitosha Boulevard. Close to metro and walkable to everything from main sights to shops and restaurants. The room was huge, well appointed and comfortable. The WiFi was a bit slow at times but mobile reception is great. And the mini bar fridge has bright white lights and a glass door, so we had to unplug it. But otherwise basically faultless and highly recommended.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, but I rated it with four stars because the breakfast did not offer specific options for guests with lactose or gluten intolerance. As dietary restrictions are becoming increasingly common, it would be advisable to provide gluten-free bread and to indicate clearly the ingredients of other products. For example, noting whether cheese is made from goat’s milk or cow’s milk is important, as it makes a significant difference for people with lactose intolerance. Otherwise, everything was very good. My special compliments for maintaining a smoke-free environment throughout the hotel, which is not always the case in Bulgarian hotels.
