My Rental Homes - Villa Arch with garden, private pool and air conditioning

Villa Arch is a17th century finca, recently renovated to offer the best comfort maintaining the original Mallorcan taste, is located in Sa Figuera , the charming area of Soller, surrounded by a spectacular nature, mountains , vineyards and nice villages really close by, like Fornatlux and Valdemossa.
Few minute driving you can rich the harbour of Port de Soller, where are also bar, shops and restaurants.

===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
The Villa is developed on two floor, on ground floor the spacious garden with trees and the terrace hosts the private infinity pool 10x5mt, with sunbeds for the relaxing moments .
There is also a covered terrace with table and chairs with 14 seats, ideal for families and groups of friends, the barbecue is also available.
Entering inside the spacious modern living room with the fireplace, sofas and the TV, ideal for reading and spend time together, at the same level one of the two kitchens, fully equipped with a big fridge, microwave and all the necessary to prepare the meals.

Complete this level the Master room, with one double bed and four poster double bed, en suite bathroom with bathtub and air conditioning.
Going on first floor we have 3 more bedrooms all with en suite bathroom and air conditioning, two rooms with double bed and one with two twin beds, this room has also the direct access to the pool and garden areas.
At the last floor, the attic, two more bedrooms with double bed, private bathroom and air conditioning.
This floor can be separated fro the rest of the house and has its own kitchen and a lovely terrace with the direct access to the pool.

Villa Arch offer the gardener service , maid house everyday, 8 hours except Sundays and a parking area inside the property.

Rental rules
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam

It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval
No safety fence around the pool
Pets not allowed
Pool has no swimming guard
Smoking is not allowed inside the house
The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.

Amount of security deposit : 2000.00 EUR
Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)
