It consists of a living room with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (2 with 2 single beds each, one with a double bed), as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. One of the main attractions of the house is undoubtedly its spacious outdoor area where you will find a lush garden, a covered terrace, a barbecue and generous pool surrounded by sunbeds where you can take a dip on warm summer days. The closest restaurant is 400m away (5 minutes walking), but you will find a wider selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes in Cala Bona, which is just 20 minutes walking or 3 minutes driving from the property (1.6km away). The closest beach, Platja des Port Vella, can be reached after an 8-minute walk as it is just 650m away. Here guests can sunbathe on the sand or swim in the pristine water. The capital of the island, Palma de Mallorca, and its airport can be reached after 55 minutes driving (68.8km).
