This 460 m2 villa is situated on a large finca of 15.000 m2. The outside area is very remarkable and well taken care off. The chlorine pool measures 12m x 4,5m, with a depth of 2m. The terrace with barbecue and the well-furnished porch with a sofa and a dining table will offer you the ideal place for memorable family dinners. Two with two individual beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower or a bath tub, one with a double bed and the last counts with a double bed (135cm x 190cm), a bunk bed and a single bed, as well as an en-suite bathroom with a bath tub.
