The property was very nice and clean. Our rooms were spacious. We were greeted and checked in quickly at the front desk and I missed getting his name but he was very nice and made sure to ask if we needed anything and how everything was when we left. The only complaint I have is not against the hotel at all but the teenage boys that had no respect for younger children in the pool. Again not against the hotel at all but shame on parents for not teaching their kids better!

A bit sparse on supplies

No coffee or water in lobby. Breakfast was empty and not replenished more than an hour before the end. The room was also sparse with beverages. Silverware wasn't clean but we only used a knife so not a big issue. On a big plus the pool hours are very good until 11pm

Very disappointed in housekeeping service. We had extended our stay to include another night and requested full housekeeping. We had already been there for four nights and wanted fresh sheets and a room tidy. Housekeeping had been requested twice previously and it was not done.
