The Customer Service front desk staff Gabby in particular was unprofessional and non-responsive to courtesy emails she sent. All the staff was trained to say was Sorry! When we asked for the Managers phone contact information I never received a response from Gabby. All our request were ignored. We will never stay at any Holiday Inn anywhere again!! The service was terrible. For this being a resort it’s far from it!!

I did not like that I set up to pay at hotel at check in and they ran my card, which was not what I was paying with prior to check in . The girl stated they do that on weekends to reserve room. If I fail to show up by all means charge my card BUT I did show up and my card was charged. They did charge my new card with and additional deposit and will Be credited in 7-10 days on my other card. That is very inconvenient. I am not sure I will reserve again and then they gave us a room that you have to go thru inside then outside to access. Again very inconvenient.

Walked in to location early on a busy weekend and was met by friendly staff. They were able to accommodate me and allow to check in sooner. Then was helped by more friendly staff in finding my room. The location is amazing. Nice pool w/ swim up bar and large lagoon like wading pool for kiddos. Then easy beach access. It’s PARADISE!!!

Amazing but

The food was over priced and the staff had attitude and it was not clean I had to keep going down and ask them to do my to clean my room. Also, they charge me a double deposit which I was very upset about.

Great location, dated hotel.

Great location and the pool area was nice. The beach was a small walk away and there was plenty of shops & restaurants near by. However the hotel itself was a bit dated and needed some attention. The rooms were not maintained very well and the pool bar smelt bad.

Messed up my reservation. Tried to speak to a manager about refunding me the difference, but felt like they were ducking and dodging me. Wasnt till the third day that i caught a manager at the front desk. Ashley(manager) was off the first two days of my stay. She was very helpful and understanding.

This resort has its perks, including pool and close to beach access. The staff was friendly and seemed approachable upon arrival, will give it props for its agua frescas at the entrance. Some cons that were evident to me were as follows. 1. Outdated restaurant menus with pricing that were provided on resort bracelet. 2. The carpet within the halls were dirty, but that’s a given due to pool and beach goers. Just seems a bit outdated also and would rather have preferred wood flooring. 3. The pool music was extremely loud for such a small area, would like to be considered that not everyone goes to just party. 4. The gym equipment was reasonable but limited. Also, some of the machines do not work properly. Overall, I don’t entirely dislike the place. It does seem a bit overpriced for the value and my expectations were a bit higher. It was a weekend getaway and still enjoyed my time, but could be better could be worse.
