Ensiluokkainen huoneisto Splitin vanhankaupungin mukavimmalla aukiolla, joka tarjoaa ainutlaatuisen lomakokemuksen.
Tämä ylellinen majoitus on tyylikkäästi sisustettu ja varustettu.
Ajattoman historiallisen rakennuksen ensimmäisessä kerroksessa, aivan kaupungin sydämessä, se on vain metrin päässä Diocletianuksen palatsista ja täydellisestä romanttisesta lomasta pariskunnille.
Loma-asunnosta on näköala venetsialaiseen torniin, josta pääsee kahden portaalin kautta suoraan meririntamalle "Riva" (rantakadulle) ravintoloineen, kahviloineen ja baareineen.

Iso ja valoisa olohuone; makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode ja runsaasti kaappitilaa; modernissa kylpyhuoneessa on suihku ja paljon pinta-alaa kylpytuotteillesi; ylimääräinen säilytys salissa yhdistetyllä pesukoneella / kuivaimella; erillinen keittiö, jossa marmori tiskille täysin varustettu liesi, uuni, mikroaaltouuni, kahvinkeitin, leivänpaahdin, jääkaappi, astianpesukone, "Carico" juomaveden suodatusjärjestelmä ...

We couldn't be happier! Our host communicated immediately any time we reached out. He met us where the Uber dropped us off and helped us with luggage. He had even left a bottle of wine, a couple of beers, and a big bottle of water in the fridge for us. The rooms were beautiful, cozy, everything you want in a stay.. The location was fantastic. We took a walking tour of Diocletian's Palace and the starting point was less than a 10 min walk. Dozens of restaurants and shops all steps from the door. We will stay here again next time we come to Croatia. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful oasis in the middle of the bustling palace. We could escape to our wonderful apartment in 2 minutes and sit on our couch (in the air conditioning) and watch people go by. Comfortable, quiet and the host couldn't have been kinder and more helpful. We were very sad to leave.

Perfect Apartment in Split

We loved our stay at 'The Pearl' in Split. The owner met us in the Square, and made the check-in process very easy after a long hard travel day. They even provided some food and drinks in the fridge, along with freshly baked cake. The location is very centralized and sits right on a little square with super easy access to the promenade. We were there in the off season, so it was very quiet, however it looked like there were two cafes just downstairs that would be perfect in the peak season. The apartment itself was clean and cute, and had all the necessary accomodations, including a nice bathroom, seating space in the front room, and a comfortable bed. 5 stars!!

very nice apartment in the heart of Split Old Town

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is comfortable, clean, well-provisioned, and in a great location on a relatively quiet plaza (at least in late October) just off the Riva. Easy walk from the taxi stand with luggage. The apartment is up one flight of well-lit stairs after a private entrance on the side of the building. A good grocery store is a one-minute walk away. Robert and Natalija were very pleasant and helpful with the reservation and check-in (Robert met us in the plaza and helped with luggage), as well as offering information for local activities. Our only issue was that the dryer on the washing machine didn't work, but obviously not a concern if you don't need to do laundry, and it wouldn't stop us from renting here again. Five stars.

Comfy perch overlooking the Square

Host let us check in early. He was busy cleaning an already immaculate apartment when we came. We did laundry here - everything was provided. Since dryer wasn't working, host provided a large drying rack. Host provided some beverages for us - beer and wine. Apartment was beautifully decorated with antiques. We felt like natives from a past era enjoying the views of the cafe in the charming lane below our windows. Right in the midst of the old town yet very quiet at night. It was a dream.

Stone Pearl Luxury Suite

An absolutely delightful property in an ideal location in Split. This was our first visit to Split and this lovely harbor town surpassed our wildest expectations. You are literally a few steps from the suite to morning coffee, top notch restaurants and bars. Also, the proximity to the harbor allows one to island hop to Hvar, Brac, or a quick trip to Trogir. All stunning day trips. The suite itself was magnificent. Robert and Natalija were amazing hosts. Nothing was overlooked and the condition and amenities of their suite was truly best in class. This gorgeous apartment is in a perfect location in the heart of the old town, walking distance to everything worth seeing in Split. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and supplied everything we needed for an extremely comfortable stay. The apartment is beautifully furnished, immaculately clean and has very comfortable furniture (including the bed). Natalia and Robert provided very thoughtful and unexpected touches with a bottle of wine, bread and cheese, as well as lovely tea and coffee. Highly recommend their apartment for a stay in Split.

This excellent apartment is superbly equipped with all the facilities and amenities worthy of a luxury classification. It has all the modern conveniences required to give it a home-away-from-home feel without distracting from the tasteful decor and characterfull ambience as reflected in the photos. It is centrally located with a supermarket, fishmarket, many restaurants and waterfront on its doorstep. The hosts (Natalija & Robert) were very friendly and supportive of our needs. We were blown away by the welcome food and drinks basket that awaited us on arrival. We can highly recommend “Stone Pearl” and would love to come back.

This apartment is outstanding and hosts are super helpful. We have spent there 8 nights and it is difficult to imagine any better location. Venetian Tower and numerous restaurants just downstairs are visible from living room windows. In the evening we often sat inside with the glass of wine, watched and listened to performers playing music at the tower and singing for passing tourists. Every tourist attraction is right there or just minutes away. Farmers market with fruits, vegetables, superior meats and cheeses requires only a short walk. Besides exceptional location apartment is truly luxurious. Rooms, kitchen and bathroom are fully renovated, all furniture and appliances, dishes, pots and other utensils are of high quality. Apartment hosts certainly gave a good thought what their guests may need during a week-long vacation and supplied everything we could possibly need. If you like to vacation in a beautiful place and beautiful location, take this apartment without hesitation. Worth every dollar (or Kuna) we have spent.

Lovely apartment in Split

We stayed here for 6 nights in June. The apartment was really lovely, beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean. It’s a great location and easy to walk everywhere in the old town. Being on the square it’s easy to find your way back to as well. It’s only a couple of minutes walk to the taxi/Uber pick up places and the ferries and boat trips are even closer. Robert met us in the square and showed us around the apartment. They’ve really thought of everything and I can’t think of anything I’d suggest to improve the experience, it was so well equipped and very comfortable. Thanks again Robert and Natalija, we had a great holiday!
