If there was a rating for zero stars, then I would put that. The pictures look fine until you arrive at the hotel. Expedia has a 24 hour cancellation policy, so you will not get your money back if you arrive here and find that your room has bedbug activity. My family checked in and checked quickly out of the hotel within 30 minutes. The hotel manager/Owner is Dana, and she will not respond to any of your comments, questions, or concerns. I took pictures to justify why my family left. Expedia, unfortunately cannot do anything because the hotel is refusing to give them the money back to reimburse our family. I called the Baymont company and they are refusing to get involved due to it being a franchise. If you want to waste your money on disgusting hotels, then go right ahead and book this hotel. This hotel has a policy that refuses to allow anyone within 40 mile radius of the hotel from being able to stay there without having to pay extra money. I have never been to a hotel that requires this, which gives me the impression there are either illegal activities going on here or unsafe actions around this hotel. Extremely disappointed that an owner would refuse to give money back when there is evidence of bedbug activity. Thank you, Baymont for subjecting my family to bedbugs and then refusing to return our money. They would rather force you to be in unsanitary conditions than provide you a safe and comfortable room to your family. Buyer beware.

We just needed an overnight stay between Milwaukee and Austin Texas and this hotel was at the mid-point. We used it going to Austin and coming back. Everything we needed at a very reasonable price. There is an excellent Mexican restaurant right across the parking lot and many other choices within 5 minutes if you're willing to drive. Being just off a major highway was a plus in saving time on our trip and being easy to use.

My room was infested with ants. They were on the tables and then in our beds. It started getting really annoying when they would bite. Told 3 housekeepers and 2 front desk staff members. They all said maintenance would come look and do something about. Never happened. Couldn’t switch us to a different room cuz the room I had was a 3 bed “suite”. Not clean. Breakfast was not the best. Front desk wasn’t helpful at at. So 5 nights of that. Won’t be staying again. DO NOT recommend unless you are absolutely desperate!

The property was clean, staff was friendly, and it was quiet. My favorite thing is the king bed had an actual fitted sheet. So many places use a flat sheet tucked in on the bottom and it never stays tucked in. Kudos!!!
