Didn’t even check in. This place shouldn’t be be listed on Hotel.Com. Wasn’t aware it was a Quality Inn to begin with,it is in terrible neighborhood, not in Historic District. My husband and I requested a key to view a room..opened door.. turned around and walked back down stairs. Dark,gloomy, looked very dated. Smelled and appeared unclean. Could Not spend 1 night in it! Lobby very Old and dated. Unappealing. Very misleading in advertising.

Front office staff member was friendly and helpful! The hotel is too far from downtown although for $5 a day you can ride the shuttle bus they provide! Parking your car costs $20 a day! The rooms are old and need to be updated! The BR is small and shower is horrible! The entire place needs to be gutted! I usually stay in town at the Best Western across from bay and fort!! The rating on Expedia was 8.6 which is laughable!! It’s barely a 5!!! I would not recommend based on my 2 day stay!!

For the price point you can't beat this place. The rooms are updated and spotless. The staff was excellent and we took advantage of their shuttle service to the downtown shopping and tourist area for only 5 dollars a day per room. The continental breakfast included scrambled eggs sausage and pancakes.

Felt the photo was misleading. Was not the best place to stay.The light over the vanity was not working and they had a temporary fixture on top of the towel/closet shelf. It had to be plugged in every time you needed light.

Room was clean but showing age, location is alright but being near railroad and two busy roads, noise is an issue. The breakfast left much to be desired, very few choices. Over all most likely will chose a different place to lodge.

The room was clean and the were comfortable. There was a shuttle ($5 per room) that takes you to downtown at the visitor center. The bathroom was small and could use some TLC (shower curtain torn at the top and shower handle hard to turn). But overnight I would stay again.
