The parking lot was covered in ice. It was not cleaned near the cars. I fell down and hurt myself. I had to go to the ER. They need to pay more attention to the parking lot

Eggs were a little crispy at breakfast, but there only appeared to be one young lady running the food. the juice machine was out of order, except for orange and water. Room was clean, comfortable bed. Great service definitely would stay here again.

The morning breakfast is very small. This looked like a new hotel. There was no one there so quiet. Further away from casino than we thought. Was ok but not for us.

We liked the location to nearby city of Wheeling WV . Easy on/off I70. Easy parking and well lit parking lot. Comfortable and clean bed. Bathroom starting to show some aging. Window area needs cleaning.

This is our second stay at this hotel . It’s very close to shopping and wheeling . The staff is very friendly and the hotel is nice and clean .the complementary breakfast is nice as well ! I would highly recommend this comfort inn

The bathroom was dirty and the heat would not go above 64 in my room. It was 20 degrees outside. Additionally, must’ve changed to a different laundry detergent as my eyes were swollen shut when I awoke. I travel there for business 1-2 days per week, I will not stay again
