My first time staying in Saint Ignace we chose the voyager. My expectations weren’t high because it’s an old building however it could have been much better than it was. We were given a room on second floor which meant we had to use the elevator to get our luggage up there. The elevator was very small and looked like a closet. My boyfriend said no way is he getting in there so I rode up with the luggage. It was scary. We got to the room 213 and our keys wouldn’t work. I took the keys back to the front desk and she made some adjustments and gave them back. I went back up and they still didn’t work. Went back down and asked for another room. She put us in 113 which was downstairs. Now we have to take everything back downstairs. We get to room 113 and keys worked. After being there for about 20 min we decided to take off. When we got back around 8:00pm we were there for about 30min and noticed a leak in the ceiling. There was dripping in 2 spots above the jacuzzi tub. We went back to the front desk and she gave us another room. We had to go back upstairs. This ended up being our last move thank god. She mentioned they would compensate us however not sure if that happened because there was no one to speak to when we left. This place needs some love. We won’t be back.

It was amazing and the front desk lady was awesome, we didnt get in until late and the desk called us to inform us that the front dest was closing but insured us that our key would be in the lock box and to take our time and not worry
