The positive. The staff was friendly, professional, always greeting us with a smile. Most of the hotel, our room and bathroom was clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. What needs work... the dining area looked worn and in need of a good cleaning. The vents and ducts in the dining room were grimy with dirt. The backs and seats of the dining room chairs were dirty.

the room was fine except for the king bed in room 420. The bed was a disaster . definitely way beyond the number of years it needed to be replaced. and the bed and sleeping is kinda the main point of paying for a hotel room. would definitely ot return because I would expect all the beds to be like this
