This newly complete rehabbed 3rd fl apartment is located "On the island" of Soulard which includes 23+ restaurants / bars within walking distance, live music, Soulard Farmers Market and A-B Brewery. Minutes to downtown, Gateway Arch, Cardinals baseball and other attractions a short 2 minute $7 Uber/taxi ride.

No expenses were spared to offer you a luxury place to stay while in Soulard. Every aspect and detail was considered. Here's what our Apartment in Historic Soulard has to offer!

Guest access:
Private entrance with keyless entry, Apartment is 1 of 2 units in building. This is a "Top of Geyer" location. Stunning views and amazing perception of the entire neighborhood of Soulard from the 3rd fl location.

Interaction with guests
You have the place to yourself and will respect your privacy. however we are available for help or recommendations 24/7 usually by phone, text, or email and will reply as soon as possible.

Other things to note:
Self check-in with keyless touch pad. We do like to have an idea of your arrival and departure times to schedule cleaning. Code and directions given in message prior to arrival.

-The location but do have strict NO PARTIES and NO SMOKING of cigarettes or marijuana or anything else in the location rule.

-A few friends(4 or less per the city occupancy codes) stopping by is not a problem but please respect the location like your own.

-There are monitored cameras on property on the landings to assure the rules are followed.
The security deposit will be taken if any rules are violated and you will be asked to leave immediately.

~Pets are always welcome, however there is an additional $60 one time fee. This is to cover the cost of an additional "deep" cleaning to assure future guests with allergies are not affected.

~Early check-in or late check-out is offered for an additional fee of $30 We pay a fair wage to our cleaning crew and this requires an extra cleaning person for 1.5 hrs to get the location ready in a shorter period of time.

~This location is located on the 3rd fl of a historic brick building. There WILL BE stairs involved. The exceptional views from the top and beautiful location are worth the climb.
