We loved our suite. It was roomy and had everything we needed including a nice view. The parking was convenient, breakfast was excellent, and the location was perfect. The lobby was very cozy. We will stay here again

When we got there at 3:30 to check in, we were told that the two queen beds we had reserved for not available. They tried to playoff that giving us a king bed with a rollout mattress was an upgrade. Then we got back from our event at 11:30 at night , the rollout mattress was standing outside my door. I had to roll it in myself and set it up myself. Then had to go back down to the front desk to get blankets for it. The hotel was fine, but the way the situation was handled with poorly.
