The bed was super soft, but the pillows have lumps that you have to rearrange to your liking. It states there’s a continental breakfast which is a lie. There are waffles and such that you can toast. There’s other assorted non hot food items. The only plus about the drinks is you have access 24/7. The walls are paper thin and the bed frames are noisy. Also, on check out day, your key deactivates itself apparently. I got locked out of my room an hour before check out while I was packing my car and my dog was still inside. I was issued a key no problem, but still had anxiety not being able to get in. There’s only two hotel options and this is the better one.

The pre check-in process really helped speed things along when we got to the hotel. The beds were comfortable the room was clean. The only real “complaint” was you could hear the other hotel guests outside of the room and then going in/out of the room next to ours. And the only room “flaw” was the toilet paper was way across from the toilet and my daughter couldn’t reach it. Neither of these things negatively impacted my 5-start rating. Would stay here again.

Our A/C only worked one day out of three it ran when it wanted to. Staff came to roo. First night it did kick on but after that it only run on occasion. Not sure why so room was hot at night.

Our room was clean and fairly comfortable. The bed was overly soft. My biggest complaint was the breakfast offerings. Microwave waffles and 2 kinds of cold cereal are not a decent breakfast. There was a toaster but only one bagel available. :(.

The beds were firm, which I like and very clean. Plenty of towels from day one. Internet was great and tv options were great too. Front desk associates did a great job.
