The location is very convinient and affordable. Rooms have no airconditioning and the stay in August was unbearable. I tried to leave the windows open at night to let some breeze in, but the street can be noisy and it is impossible to sleep at night.The street was under construction and the access was inconvenient. There was a small portable fan that was covered in dust and not safe to use as it would blow all the dust around. The dust was visible on the walls and baseboards. The rooms are cleaned once a week and you get clean linen and towels once a week. You have to take your own trash out and wash the dishes if you use any.The linens are white and clean but the pillows underneath had yellow stains and looked old and unsanitary. I paid my dues/ tourist tax at check out and the receptionist still sent me an email trying to collect it again.

Good location

Location is good - close to all the downtown action - bars, restaurants, public transport (an excellent system around the city) and a couple of blocks from the beautiful sites around Petite France. Unit nothing fancy but functional.

Very friendly reception staff. Manu was so helpful with local suggestions and assisting with arranging parking for us. Room clean but very basic and in need of some repairs - PowerPoint hanging off wall in bathroom, badly cracked mirror But the property is very central and has parking underneath (must pre-book). petite France less than 10 minutes, Notre Dame Cathedral 5 minutes, lots of restaurants and bars at the doorstep, supermarket 3 minutes, Galleries Lafayette around the corner. Also a great place to base yourself and do day trips to places like Colmar and Baden-Baden.

Great little bargain, but not a hotel really...

This is an affordable, practical solution for a longer stay and should be accepted as such. Having said that, the suite had a useful kitchen with multiple burners, coffee pot, toaster and electric kettle as well as minimal cutlery and kitchen gear. Recent rehabs and nice materials and tidy bathroom, kitchenette, furnishings were nice. Super location! Quiet sidestreet with boulangeries, groceries, restaurants and the train station within minutes. The vibe is university student hostel, but even the hands off approach was fine. The staff were helpful when they were needed. No noise at all. I was very pleased overall. There were some loose faucets and some fix-it work to do, but that’s really not much to complain about. All easy fixes. I would stay here again alone, but it with my wife as this is very DIY hands-off. Not a hotel. A sublet mini studio apartment. As that, I still like it! Bargain!

Straightforward, simple but comfortable

A good place for simple and straightforward lodging. Not like a full service hotel but very adequate. Comfortable bed, spacious room, kitchenette with the necessary basic tools, small table and stools, bathroom with tub and shower, desk, TV, microwave, stove ( no oven). Quiet area, quiet clients, helpful desk attendants. Breakfast not included but available. Clothes washing machine available with token from desk. A light bulb was missing in the bathroom, the bathroom vent wasn’t working, but this was minor and didn’t affect our 3 night stay. Excellent location near all necessities + great shopping. 2 minutes from the main tram hub! If you’re ok without fancy lodging, this is great.

Not having a full time receptionist was poor service. They had nobody there for our check- in and gave us the wrong code to get in the front door. Then changed the code again and didn’t tell us. No remote for the tv, which we told them about but they still never gave us. Just terrible response and communication.

Studio was surprisingly big ,well catered for kettle, coffee maker, plates, crockery ,fridge , a hob and a microwave. Nice towels in the bathroom good size bath but no plug provided so no bath but good shower. A few of the wall plugs in the bathroom not well fitted and should be adressed as could be dangerous. No aircon but fan provided Receptionists were very friendly so for the price its a perfect solution while visiting strasbourg as hotels are v pricey. Petfect location in a quiet side road

Despite instructions saying checkin started at 3, we arrived at 3 to find a sign saying reception closed at noon on Saturday & would reopen on Monday. Apparently we were supposed to have received an email giving us an entry code & a code for a lockbox with the key to the room. A French couple had the same problem and were able to reach someone who spoke English who gave us the information we needed. Got to the room to find that the metal strip between the hall & the bathroom was loose with screws sticking up, the lights in the hallway & over the sink didn’t work, the small table was unstable, and dirty dishes & glassware. There was no one to talk to until Monday morning. On Monday we complained. Receptionist was very sympathetic & helpful. She offered us free breakfast for one day, confirmed that no email was sent & apologized. We said we would prefer an upgrade to breakfast, but she said the hotel was very full & that might not be possible. She would send the technician to repair everything except the light over the sink-they were out of bulbs and couldn’t get more. As the technician was busy with emergencies, we were ultimately given the same room on another floor where everything except the light over the sink worked, but there was a piece of broken particle board near the bathroom sink. Both rooms had a water heater above the toilet that was a hazard. We have enjoyed other Sejours, but we would never stay here again & rec others avoid despite great location.

Pros: 1. Central, easily walkable to all central sights 2. Cheap 3. Staff friendly 4. Kitchen facilities Cons: 1. Does not look like the photos at all! 2. Pillows very uncomfortable 3. No air con, a small fan in the room which was not enough 4. Not enough plugs - particularly no plugs in kitchen area so we ended up having to boil the kettle on the floor and use the coffee machine on the floor plugged in next to the bathroom 5. No housekeeping so you have to empty your own rubbish at the end of the stay 6. No safe and the door lock was dodgy Overall it’s basic, student accommodation. We thought we were booking a serviced apartment which was definitely not the case.

Perfect location!

The hotel is in a perfect location. Liked the fact that parking was available at a reasonable cost. The only thing I can add that looking at the photo on the website, I expected to have a sofa in the room. There was nowhere to sit except on the bed or a small stool.

Perfect Place to Stay While in Strasbourg

Location was amazing. In the middle of everything, it was so easy to get around!! The room was pretty spacious, and had everything we needed. Very suitable for a small family. Was grateful for the kitchen and bathtub. Only thing I just wish they gave us more towels. The service could have been a bit better. The front desk has very limited hours. Other than that, fantastic stay! I recommend.

Well located, clean and fully equipped

Very well located. The apartment has everything which is useful! It's neat and clean and the aparthotel has an elevator. It's a 10 minute walk from the train station. Not very fancy though.
