Reasonably priced in great location

A great location, just a 10 minute walk to Darling Harbour. The free underground parking at the hotel is rare in the CBD. The room was basic and comfortable, but very reasonably priced for its location. Unfortunately, our sliding door to the outside balcony wouldn't lock, the air con didn't work and the spare bed wasn't made up on arrival. However, the staff were polite and helpful and sorted the bed out straight away. The buffet breakfast was good for the price and it's an easy and convenient option.

Great hotel

Stayed here in April 2025 with a friend. Room was clean and spacious. About a 10 minute walk into town which was great. Area felt safe. Shower pressure was great. Beds were comfy. Did the buffet breakfast one morning for $20 NZD/per person and would recommend - was quite tasty and had enough options leaving us quite full.

It was a nice place to stay, rooms are spacious, there is a coffee machine at the reception, breakfast is just ok with no nutritious options, staff is lovely. Quiet area and there are some eateries but not enough options around, this coupled with no meals at the hotel and one has to walk long distances to get a fill. There is also a shaving foam dispenser in the toilet but all dispensers are very far from the sink and too hard to use, specially for kids. The blanket is not a blanket its two sheets of fabric with one sheet of insert, literally. Impossible to use with a child.

Great location

Great hotel, conveniently located, walkable distance to Darling Harbour and all the action. Street parking is available which is what made us decide to stay here.

Nice little hotel near the Powerhouse Museum and a short walk to Darling Harbour. Our room was spacious and I appreciated all the surface space to store our luggage and belongings. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good. The employees were very helpful with calling taxis and sorting out any issues. I would stay here again. The only thing I didn’t like was the lack of dining options around the hotel.
