The accommodation features a dedicated living room, two double bedrooms each equipped with air conditioning and forced-air heating, and one room containing a single set of bunk beds with two sleeping positions and a fan. The kitchen and living room are located in the entrance area and include an oven, gas stove with four gas rings, toaster, satellite TV, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. You will find two shower rooms, each with a bidet and WC. The villa is equipped with forced-air heating and an 80-liter boiler. The outdoor space includes a 20-square-meter roofed terrace and an 8-square-meter porch, both furnished with terrace furniture, a barbecue, and five deck chairs, offering views of the swimming pool and garden.
