The villa is just a few steps from the sea and a short drive from the historic centre of Syracuse. Within a short driving distance you will find lovely sandy beaches at Arenella and Fontane Bianche and nature lovers will enjoy the Cavagrande Del Cassibile and the Vendicari nature reserve.

Also within easy reach by car is the pretty fishing village of Marzamemi and the charming baroque towns of Noto, Modica and Scicli.

The villa is composed of a 180 square meter main villa and an annex which develop over 1 level.
