I loved my stay at Hotel Alba! customer service is amazing they make sure you are having the best time with your stay, from the breakfast to the amazing pool and the shuttle transportation I was really impressed by all the services this hotel had to offer, would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

I just believe the advertisements for this establishment were a bit misleading. Three restaurants? Just one. Two separate bars. Library? Nope. Convenience store? Some tums and a couple bottles of Gatorade on a shelf essentially. That being said - the staff was wonderful! Friendly, helpful, kind - over and above! The owners and management of this property should be proud of their employees! Top notch team !

Everything was fine, especially for the cost. The elevators were broken from time to time and the 5 floor smelled awful. That is my only negative feedback. Aside from that, the staff was nice, the room was clean. Very easy parking

first and last time I would stay here. Hallways are dark and why has the elevators been broken since March. Then, it’s operated by a ring camera which is so unhinged. When you get to the room they are smaller than the pictures/advertisement. There’s no freshing feeling like you’re on vacation. There’s a smell of musty and sewerage when you flush the toilet. The shower-head and handles weren’t cleaned. The walls were like malting and thin. We could hear everything in the hallway. Lastly, parking. there were events at the hotel and parking was very limited for actual hotel guest. I really like the feel and vibe from TikTok, however, should’ve listened to the previous reviews.

We were unable to fully enjoy out weekend getaway because there were so many events happening on the property causing inconvenience. We couldn’t explore certain areas or use select entrances. Parking lot was packed and had to park far away from the entrance.
