Kitchen: Equipped with various appliances, such as: American style fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, 'Delta Q' capsule coffee machine, filter coffee machine, toaster, hand blender, dishwasher, and washing machine. Basic kitchen utensils are provided.

Bedrooms: There are 2 bedrooms equipped with air conditioning, both with individual divans/box springs that together form a double bed. Both bedrooms have a wardrobe. Bed linen is supplied.

Bathroom: There are 2 bathrooms in total. One service bathroom (half-bath) and one bathroom with a shower base, hairdryer, sink, and toilet. Bath towels are supplied.

Terrace: Large terrace with a dining table, chairs, and parasol.

Access: House with 2 floors (access to the 1st floor by stairs only).
