The Neighborhood:

Shaul Tchernichovsky (20 August 1875 – 14 October 1943; was a Russian-born Hebrew poet. He is considered one of the great Hebrew poets, identified with nature poetry, and as a poet greatly influenced by the culture of ancient Greece.

That Street represent the poetry quarter in Tel-Aviv. Moreover Brograshov and Geula, the quartier is full of important and well known places such as Park Meir and its central coffee shop, the Bialik street and of course the wonderful first city hall building on Bialik place, the Betzalel Market and more.

On the other side, the modern side go the quarter, the apartment is situated less than 100 meters from Dizengof center and Dizengof Street, steps to Rotschild Boulevard and its famous old renovated building and the national theater
