Staff can be more attentive and polite. Room needed to be properly cleaned and sanitized. So much dust and bathtub was clearly painted and not kept up. Hot water turned colors. You could hear the outside noise in the room.

Pool was closed because they were using it as a storage facility. Couldn’t use the fitness room or the area to sit and charge a laptop. Overall one of the worst holiday in express experiences we’ve ever had. The ice machines had dirt and hair in the tray area. The laundry room was clean and upkept.

When we first got there everything was great. It’s in a nice area. The next day there was no water what so ever. A pipe had burst and we had no water.
