Our host met us on arrival and explained everything about the apartment. The apartment was exactly what we expected with excellent amenities. The location was fantastic close to everything we needed.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was really well resourced and had a beautiful/calming outlook. It could benefit from a very short (and normally standard) guide, including information about using appliances, emergency contact details, location of bins etc

The apartment is in a great location with really good views of the sea,the apartment was spotlessly clean and there's also a nice private area to relax and sunbath in,looking forward to my next visit.

I would recommend this apartment The location is perfect, turn left and it’s 5 mins walk to the harbour in the old town or turn right it’s 5 mins walk to the main road Very clean and modern, ideal for a couple The terrace is so private and comfy, protected from the wind Parking off road too, which is covered, which means no hot car We stayed in October, which was unusually hot and could have done with air con, hence 4 stars Overall the apartment was good value and better than described

Brilliant location, 1 minute from the harbour and 2 minutes from the strip

Had a lovely week on this apartment. Great location with private garden that gets the sun from 10.30 -18.00 which is surrounded by a 6 ft wall that shelters you from the Lanzarote wind.

Schöner Urlaub mit kleinen Einschränkungen

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und liegt super. Die Ausstattung ist ok. Das Besteck ist billig und veraltet. Das könnte gerne mal ausgetauscht werden. Die Matratzen im Hauptschlafzimmer waren UNS zu hart. Man merkte die Federn der Matratze. Für UNS nicht ideal. Der Balkon ein Traum mit Blick aufs Meer. Die Couch hat Ihre besten Tage schon hinter sich und sollte bei Gelegenheit ausgetauscht werden. Für die Baustelle direkt am Objekt kann der Vermieter natürlich nichts und den damit verbundenen Baulärm. Der wird sicher noch einige Wochen bestehen. Auch das höhere Gewalt. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich nur für 2 Personen gedacht, da das Bad sehr hellhörig ist und man in der Nacht alles und jeden darin hört. Für uns war es ok, Wir waren eine Woche zu dritt. Menschen die nicht so intim miteinander sind, könnten Probleme bekommen. Der Kontakt zu Melanie war super. Sie hat uns auch extra Stühle und eine Liege für den Strand organisiert. Das war sehr praktisch. Vielen lieben Dank daür nochmal. Wenn es in absehbarer Zeit neue Matratzen gibt, kommen wir sehr gerne wieder. Mfg. Peter und Juana

Gute Unterkunft mit kleinen Mängeln

Wegen kleiner Mängel vergaben wir in Summe nur 4 Sterne. Ein neuer Satz Eßbesteck wäre schön, da viele Griffe wackeln. Nach einem 2-stündigem Stromausfall am Abend hatten wir bis zum Morgen innerhalb des Hauses kein Wasser. Eine Pumpe benötigte duch Ziehen des Steckers ein "Reset".

Gute Lage zum Strand mit privatem Parkplatz!

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt, die Lage ist zentral aber außerhalb vom Trubel. Den Parkplatz an der Fewo braucht man unbedingt, wenn man ein Auto hat. Es ist alles vorhanden was für einen Aufenthalt benötigt wird.

schöne, moderne Wohnung in super Lage Strandnähe und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Trotz zentral gelegen, sehr ruhig. Gute Ausstattung, Wohnzimmer etwas dunkel. Für Kochfans fehlt eine Pfanne mit ebenem Boden, sonst ausreichend ausgestattet. Zu empfehlen.

Schöne,sehr gepflegte Unterkunft mit viel Platz

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Alles war sehr sauber ,die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, es gibt viel Platz, sogar eine Außendusche,wenn man vom Strand kommt. Die Begrüßung war sehr freundlich,auch zur Schlüsselabgabe war die Dame pünktlich zur vereinbarten Zeit zur Stelle.

Super Ferienwohnung in guter Lage

Die Ferienwohnung bietet viel Platz und gute Ausstattung. Schön ist besonders die Terrasse mit dem Blick übers Meer. Die Lage ist super, direkt zwischen Hafen und Strand. Wenn wir nochmals nach Lanzarote kommen, würden wir die Wohnung jederzeit wieder nehmen (wenn sie denn frei ist)

Ein gelungener Urlaub

Wir hatten unseren Flug, die Unterkunft, Mietwagen usw. alles seperat gebucht und waren etwas skeptisch ob wir auch alles so vorfinden, wie es im Internet beschrieben worde. Jetzt können wir sagen, es war mit einer unserer schönsten Urlaubsreisen. Die Lage ist fantastisch. Zum Hafen mit den ganzen Restaurants nur wenige Minuten, sowie in die andere Richtung zur Strandpromenade mit den vielen Restaurants, Pubs und Geschäften auch nur wenige Minuten. Und trotz dieser zentralen Lage sehr ruhig. Die Unterbringung ist sehr sauber. Ein Frühstück bei Sonne und Meerblick. Man hat einen Stellplatz fürs Auto, was ja hier durch den Platzmangel sehr wichtig ist. Außerdem gibt es freies W-Lan und im TV Deutsche Sender. Erwähnen sollte man, das sich nicht weit von der Ferienwohnung eine größere Baustelle befindet. Diese wirkt aber nicht wirklich störend. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung mit gutem Gewissen empfehlen.

Super Meersicht

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Wohnlage. Alles nötige vorhanden. Nur 3 Minuten zu einem kleinen, sehr schönen Sandstrand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und tolle Restaurants in der Nähe, sehr gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Windgeschützter Balkon mit rundum Meersicht. Herrlich! Übergabe hat problemlos geklappt, es war alles sehr sauber. Herzlichen Dank an die Vermieter für die tolle Betreuung. Wir werden das Casa Alegranza sicher weiter empfehlen!
