Mercedes House is a modern and cozy vacation home located in the heart of Varadero (Old Town), in Puerto del Carmen. Its privileged location allows you to enjoy impressive sea and horizon views, with the port just a few steps away and beaches like Playa Grande within walking distance. Additionally, it is surrounded by a wide range of leisure options, making it the perfect place for a seaside vacation.



The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with 2 single beds. Bathroom with shower equipped with hair dryer, magnifying mirror and quality amenities (gel/shampoo dispenser and body lotion), spacious living room with TV with English and European channels, Wi-Fi, dining room and well-equipped kitchen. It also has a terrace with table and chairs to enjoy sea views.



Additional Guest Policy: The listed nightly rate covers up to 2 guests. If you're traveling with more than 2 people, guests aged 3 and over will be charged an additional nightly fee, which must be included in your booking.

Before your arrival, you will receive a link to our digital online check-in and once completed, you will receive our personalized guide, where you will find all the information about the accommodation, additional services we offer, details about your arrival, and local recommendations to make the most of your stay.



Upon arrival, you will receive a welcome package with water, milk, coffee, tea, cookies, and some other items. Additionally, we will be available for any queries or needs during your stay.



The accommodation is self-catering, but includes sheets, blankets, bath towels, beach towels, and kitchen cloths. In the bathroom, you will find a travel hand soap, moisturizing cream, and a gel/shampoo dispenser. We also leave an extra set of bath towels and sheets. The initial cleaning service has a fixed cost reflected in the reservation, but if you want additional cleaning during your stay, please consult us for more information and rates.



Car rental

We recommend booking a car in advance, as demand in Lanzarote is high. We collaborate with a trusted company on the island that offers special conditions. If you would like us to manage your car rental, we will only need your flight details.

Casa Mercedes, Apartment 4 offers its guests a terrace and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock. Parking is available for a fee.
