The airport shuttle was difficult to find and it took about an hr to figure it out. It was in Terminal 1. The Pictures online don't match the rooms! The rooms are old, musty and smells like mildew. There's cracks along the walls. The TV are old and small. The rooms are not worth $140 per night!

I never give bad reviews, but here we go: first the check-in experience was marginal at best, and the staff were somewhat friendly. We got to the room and there’s only one water bottle so we requested another and the guy on the phone was super rude as well as the person who delivered it. We had been traveling all day and just wanted a hot shower, but guess what there was no hot water. Not that evening, not the following morning and not in the gym shower. On the plus side everyone in the restaurant was super friendly and highly service oriented and the food was actually quite tasty. The next morning we realized we needed to take a taxi to a different airport and at that point the hotel staff were helpful and got us a sweet taxi driver who found a shortcut and got us there on time!

Even though this was just an overnight for an early flight I was caught by surprise at the rooms condition. The first thing to catch my eye was that there were no shades over the two bedside lamps. Quite glaring if used. Second the desk was in a dark corner with no lamp. Hard to do work on your laptop unless it was daylight and you opened the drapes. Third, who mounted the TV’s? Very poorly done. To utilize the arm, you had to pull and drag it across the dresser top which was quite apparent by the scaring present. I expect more from the Criwn Plaza brand. You expect some standards for the price paid.
