Nothing unique with this place, no flexibility neither open mind, pillows are so hard, asked for a softer and answer was no can do!! After talking to manager, while having the impression that he is doing a favor it was resolved!! Very, very small room and bathroom.

nice overall

the hotel was well kept, had nice, plentiful amenities, and staff was friendly and helpful. the only downside was there were no individual a/c controls in the room, it's centralized throughout the hotel. my room was quite warm and stuffy, so i had to open the window for any air, which was extremely noisy in such a busy area!

This is my second time staying in this hotel. Even small, the room has all the functionality for a solo traveller. The issue which I came across was the wifi was not available for my room when I checked into the room. After I reported to the front desk and they had the system restarted, the wifi was activated.

Overall the hotel was nice and convenient. Rooms were nice and we never had any issues there. Two things that could have been better. Every other hotel we stayed in gave water bottles each day. We stayed here for a week and never had any water given even on the first day. Not the worst, but would have been nice as you are constantly drinking water to stay hydrated on your long walking days. Second. They shut down the stairs for building E for emergencies only. So that means folks on floor two were stuck waiting for one elevator that had 14 floors. We encountered many packed elevators and so many times the people on the lower Floors could never fit and had to wait for the next one. So it would have been nice to have a staircase open so the elevator wasn’t the only way up or down.
