Great location right next to the metro. The reception area seemed overcluttered but this did not detract from our overall positive impression of the hotel. The rooms are small but that is normal I guess. Shame we had to pay for the use of the swimming pool

The hotel is beautiful but the rooms are very small compared to a similar priced hotel in UK. Overall very pleased tho. Within easy reach of metro services ..leading to good shopping facilities in area and tourist attractions.

Lovely onsen, convenient location, tiny rooms.

Lovely hotel and convenient to subway (2 doors down) as well as buses. Onsen was fantastic. Pool looked nice but has an extra charge, 15000¥ pp for 1 hour so we didn’t use it unfortunately, although it was a a reason we booked the hotel. The rooms are nice however extremely small, only just big enough for a double bed.
