Amazing hotel to stay at. It’s a few minutes away to Sunshine city mall and Ikebukuro. So you can enjoy a nice walk and enjoy the scenery. Have stayed in this hotel 3 times and absolutely love it! Will always choose this one if I’m ever staying in Tokyo

Safe, clean, convenient, amenities! But the smallest room ever, especially for 2 people. No room for suitcase except under the bed. Just beware.

APAs are always reliable, but this one was exceptional. Since it's a newer hotel, it's immaculately clean. It borders the Otsuka train station on the Yamanote line yet is quiet and is convenient with abundant shopping and dining options within walking distance. The breakfast buffet was outstanding-for an APA or for anywhere else. It had so many choices and the friendliest staff. The hot springs baths here were also better than other APAs. It had one indoor bath and then two more baths outside-one medium size bath and a ceramic tub bath. This was a highly enjoyable stay, and we will stay here again when we need a hotel around the Tokyo area.

This was the perfect place for me to stay during my first week in Tokyo. I wanted to ease my way into the subway system and this hotel is quite literally across the street. Not to mention, there are multiple convenient stores less than a 4 min walk away. It’s also just a short train ride away from Shinjuku Station. If you’re flying in from Narita Airport (NRT) it is about an hour train ride away, but I wouldn’t let that deter you! It was my first time in Tokyo and my first time taking a subway and I was able to manage it just fine (in the middle of the night, might I add). You’ll take the KS Line (Blue) directly from the airport to Nippori Station, where you’ll then transfer to the JY Line (Green) and ride it to Ōtsuka Station. (Which is directly outside the hotel.) My room was very clean and my overall stay was very positive. I will almost certainly be returning to this location.

This is a great hotel! Very walkable. Literally a 3 minute walk to Otsuka station. 1 minute walk from Lawsons. Staff is so friendly and hospitable. Definitely staying here again. Ever since I stayed here, I have stayed at 4 other APA hotels in Japan!
