This hotel is nearby Roppongi station, multiple shopping places, Family Mart/7-11and good restaurants! The hotel staff were so genuinely nice and they spoke English which helps alot. Fresh towels were hung daily on our door. Only problem was the free coffee starts at 7am and being an early riser, had to go out for coffee. Overall, a highly recommended hotel!! Will be back again!!!

After needing to relocate unexpectedly from our original accommodation, this hotel was a huge relief. The check-in process was smooth and professional, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which was exactly what we needed after a long international flight and a stressful situation earlier in the day.
