This is my third time staying here. I appreciate the close proximity of two train stations - Kyobashi and Takaracho. It makes lugging of luggages less of a struggle. As it’s situated at the edge of Ginza and a stone’s throw from Tokyo station, it’s convenient for shopping and food but still away from the main crowd. Not forgetting a Family Mart in the same building. Definitely won’t be my last time staying here.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were very accommodating and spoke English, so the language barrier was not a problem at all. The hotel is only a 10 minute walk from Tokyo station, and is right next to some of the local lines. I stayed for about 2 weeks and had no issues at all during that time. I would absolutely stay here again!

A great location. Rooms are small but that is to be expected. What is not to be expected is the level of service from staff particularly those that sevice the lounge where free drinks and snacks are available most of the day.

Tokyo Marathon stay

I thought it was fine. The breakfast was good, however, it was a little pricey and stayed the same from day to day. I probably wouldn't buy the breakfast if I stayed there again. Outside of that, all was good. It was close to the finish of the Tokyo marathon so I could walk back to the hotel
