I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was amazing and incredibly convenient, with direct access to the Yurikamome Line, which made getting around so easy. There were plenty of food options nearby, so finding somewhere to eat was never a problem. Having a FamilyMart right at the bottom of the hotel was a huge plus and made everything even more convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

The room for single travelers is very small but clean. The bathroom is even smaller. My advice is if you are claustrophobic then you might want to avoid this place. Besides that the staff is very friendly, polite and are always happy to assist you.

Customers were provided with sense of security, hospitality and had the feeling of home away from home. Staff are generally kind, helpful and polite, especially they treat customers like friends. 👍 As to cleanings, there are still rooms for excellence services though well exceeded passing mark. I enjoyed the leisure and caring atmosphere throughout my stay of 1 week. Layouts of the lobby and reception counter are not that good as TAVINOS Asakusa.
