Beautiful hotel, great location

Beautiful hotel on the monorail loop which is very convenient, friendly staff. Room was a good size with a massive bathroom, a bathtub that fills in less than a minute and a foot massager in the room. Disney shop and convenience shop in the lobby and a a tv that plays disney movies with sofas if you need to wait to check in or out. Would definitely stay here again

Place was very outdated. The place smelt like a retirement home (not in a good way). Beds are hard. Balcony is about 2 feet wide. All in all not what I was expecting at all the place is just very very old and I cancelled my booking right away and went to a different hotel. Staff was very nice however limited in English speaking staff.

Z I don’t know if you can get a hold of We had a wonderful stay at Hotel OkurA from 4/24/25 to 5/3/25. Our room was large 44 sq ft (other Hotel nearby y Sheraton and Grand Nikko only 35 sq ft) especially the bathroom. It had a free shuttle to Bayside station and you can buy Tokyo Disneyland and Disney tickets from m concierge. Although they did not a gym or pool we hardly noticed it and what they lacked in facilities they made up for it with their excellent and personal service and friendliness. We will definitely stay in this hotel again.

Had to stay here at the last minute for one night because our return flight was delayed, and this was one of two options available to us. But let me say that one night here made me wish we had actually booked this hotel for the full duration of our trip! The breakfast here blew the competition away, especially in comparison to where we were staying previously. Breakfast was a buffet and the selections are plentiful and of high quality. I wish we had the opportunity to have tried the other restaurants in here as well, if they were the same quality than the breakfast was, it had to have been high. Additionally the location was ideal and closer to the Disney line station that we needed to be by, a lot closer than our previous stay. They also provided transportation to Maihama Station as well so it was convenient. The room was also massive, very big! The only small thing that was not perfect was that the rooms were a bit dated, I can see how it might have been a luxury hotel maybe 10/15 years ago, but in 2025, they’re a bit old.

Absolutely fantastic property with huge, comfortable rooms. We stayed here before and after our Disney vacation packages. Really convenient access to the monorail loop. I'd like to say a big thank you to Shikakura-san who helped us with some complex luggage logistics, getting our cases to the airport when we needed them. Good, ready made (in-house) evening meal options available for eating in the dining room or in your hotel room. If returning to Tokyo Bay I wouldn't hesitate at staying here for the entire duration of my stay. Nice Disney store and mini convenience store in the lobby. Really impressed by the high-quality of this hotel.
