Surprisingly spacious location and room. Has dining options and transport is just directly infront (Disney Bayside station) that takes you to Insperia. Only downside is it’s a little dated.

Great place for Disney

Okura bay was a great place to stay for our days at Disneyland and Disney Sea. The place offered a shuttle to bayside station to catch the Disney monorail to the parks. Even if the shuttle wasn’t offered, it’s literally a 5 min walk to the station. Hotel room was spacious. 2 waters provided daily. Small convenience store in hotel for other snacks or drinks.

Very nice

Amazing all around and the superior room was perfect for my husband and I who did ALOT of shopping! Staff is friendly and there's even a Disney store near the restaurant which was great for buying last moment snacks as gifts. The bed was fairly stiff for my liking but it was good enough to sleep in.

It was our second stay in Hotel Okura for the Disney leg of our Japan trip. It is not the newest property in the area but the room is very spacious, with lots of amenities provided. The free shuttle to and from Maihama was really handy for quick trips to other parts of Tokyo or to the local Ikspiari. My son was disappointed at the very old TV unit with zero English channels. Surely in this day and age updating the TV units to smart TV’s with access to youtube at the minimum would be a given, or at least have a few English channels available.

Very convenient! Across the street from the Bayside Station, which takes you to Disneyland and Disney Sea. It's about a 3 minute walk from hotel to monorail, depending on how quickly you walk. The 4 bed room was incredibly spacious, with a giant tub that fills up in a minute, and a nice shower. We had 3 adults and 2 kids, and ended up sleeping on the 3 beds and using the 4th to lay out our clothes. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Close to disney resort monorail, plus you can have the airport bus pick your party up at the hotel. Bell hop was great as they would move and store your luggage onto the bus. Has shuttle to take you to and from the disney resort monorail.

Wonderful stay

The staff here truly sets the standard for hospitality - they went above and beyond at every turn, from the smooth check-in to upgrading our room because it was our wedding anniversary. I especially loved the breakfast selection and how clean and well-maintained our room was. The location is perfect if you're visiting Disney (located right by the bayside station), but it's also great for exploring Tokyo since Maihama Station is nearby. Definitely worth the price for the quality of service and comfort you get. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Kudos to the general manager and team!
