I would definitely stay again. Staff was all very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect about a 5 minute walk to Shibuya Station. Plenty of shopping and dining options around. And right next to Family Mart.

Short 10 min walk to shibuya station 2 min walk to parco shopping centre. Easy enough to get around. Taxi is easy to get Every shop Is pretty much walkable Hotel room is decent. Slightly bigger than others I stayed. Family mart right next door. Will stay again next time.

It was a great hotel in the center of Shibuya. The room size was as expected for three adults. It was tight, but there were three twin beds. The free coffee and tea provided was outstanding. The staff was very polite and helpful with our needs. I would definitely stay there again.

Clean, but small. Great for solo travelers, but don’s expect a Western sized room. Decent sized restroom though. Laundry onsite, but the laundry is busy and don’t expect the front desk to help you find an alternate place. Not too far from Shibuya Station, but maybe don’t walk there from the station with luggage—it’s about 10 mins away by foot which doesn’t seem like a lot, but it’s hard to navigate a busy street, a little uphill, with luggage, in the cold. Easy access to all the action, local buses, and a kombini very close by.
