Good hotel, nothing crazy fancy or anything. Staff was helpful and friendly. 15 minutes walk to Shinjuku station. Basic room is very small, if traveling with a partner, get a room with 2 beds, it adds so much more space.

Its huge and feels like a shopping mall turned into a hotel. Rooms are quiet despite thousands of guests. Room size was fine but they didn't really clean beyond emptying garbages. After 5 days, the towels were not very fresh. Location is good with transit, metro government building and shops/restaurants close by. A bit of a walk from Shinjuku Station but you can do it all underground. It was ok but I would not stay there again.

Nice stay in Shinjuku

I would stay here again, although the room felt more like a dorm room, the bed was comfortable (I didn’t like the pillow though), the location was convenient, there were lots of food options and a couple of convenience stores in the hotel and the staff was nice. Although there is a train entrance right outside the hotel, oftentimes the map would direct us to enter the train station from an entrance that’s about 15 min away. Large area to store your luggage before check in or after check out was really convenient.

Walking distance to Shinjuku train and bus station making going places easy. Direct route from hotel to airport via bus right outside the hotel lobby . Easy check in and Check out.

This is a large hotel. It’s about a 15 minute walk from Shinjuku station. Close to shops and the Government building which has 2 free observation decks and a free light show on the outside of the building. Convenient for taxi, offer one waiting outside the hotel and the airport limousine bus. Buffet breakfast a good choice of Western and Japanese food. Staff very helpful. If you join their program you can check in at midday and get a free drin, beer or water.

The neighbors are really loud and rude. Yelling and drinking in their room/hallways till 5 am. Otherwise great. (Sounds like thhey were young college kids etc, korean and japanese both)

Busy hotel with convenient access to both the quieter museums and galleries of Shinjuku as well as the more raucous nighttime entertainment of the neighborhood. Easily walkable to many subway lines. Enjoyed my stay at this property.

Hotel was good and location was great . 10 minutes away from Shinjuku station. Rooms are very small if you have big luggage it will be difficult. Friendly staff and safe place.
