There’s nothing wrong with this hotel. It’s a large complex with a Family Mart, Lawson, and restaurants on site. The hotel is dated, so carpet doesn’t seem as clean. You get what you pay for, so it’s ok value for the price. My biggest issue is that it’s too far from the Shinjuku station, making it inconvenient. A 15 walk each way to station. Especially if you have luggage. However, there’s underground corridor from hotel to station making it easy, especially if it rains. Due to location, I won’t be staying here again.

On 1st day for checking in hotel, staff not friendly, when asking for 2nd question, She raised her tone shown impatient to answer and replied " PLEASE REFER TO THE INFORMATION WHICH PROVIDED IN THE ROOM" . Upon check in, I discovered there was a condom's wrapper beside the bed.. It shown that the house keeping was not clean.

Checking in was a bit hard. But staff handled it well. Rooms are definitely small. Especially if your going to have a lot of luggages. Would suggest shopping closer towards the end of the trip. Location is about 15-20 minutes from the JR main station. Good eateries on the basement level. Ate at most of the resturants.

Rooms fantastic, let down by laundry

Room was good, staff friendly, easy check in and out. The only issue washing machines in the mall, not hotel. There was no seats outside room to wait, not enough machines and none of the dryers work properly. The dryers took 1 hour and 40 minutes to dry clothes, which made it more of an issue not enough machines. It is a long walk from station and hard to find through the underground passage first time round. Better off with a taxi from the station with your luggage.

The breakfast was poor quality. The staff just pushed crumbs to the floor when they sat us down at the table. They didn’t even clean the table properly. The hotel room was very small and dated.

I like the convenience of restaurants and convenient stores in the same building. Taxis are readily available, little travel amenities ex. shampoo, toothpaste, slipper, talc etc. were provided.

I have an unpleasant experience in this hotel. I ordered a nonsmoking room, but the room I got was smelly, obviously someone had been smoking there before. And I didn’t got changed for another clean room. The staff said there is no other room available. On the day I checked in. There was a long line. It was a really bad experience in this hotel.
