We had 5 nights and it was a great experience. We had free Sauna and free welcome drink for everybody because of the expedia benefit. The room was perfect for family trip because we asked to add an extra bed and it was quite large and comfortable compared to the other hotels in Tokyo. The house keeping placed free chocolate and water each day and it was nice to start each day with these desert. The Japanese backyard is also beautiful and it is shared by the other two The Prince Hotels. The Sakura Tower is a 4 star resort but the experience was the best I have ever had. Perfect for family trip in Tokyo!

Comfortable & spacious room great for family

Good service and hospitality at this hotel. Caters to international travelers and a convenient location with Shinagawa Station, restaurants and convenience store within walking distance. Good Hotel at a great location (very close to Shinagawa station). Has all the amenities. I would not give it a 5 star hotel rating, more like a 4.5 stars. That is due to the fact that all restaurants close for food at 9:30pm and that the front desk closes at 9pm. Other then that it is an outstanding choice to explore Tokyo
