Surely a good stay..

We went to Tokyo on vacation recently and stayed here. Booked the property online and were very happy with it. The room is smaller than what we expected but it was in a beautiful neighborhood, close to a lot of shops and restaurants. The best part was the fact that its close to 2 train stations. Good for people who would explore the city through public transport. communication is amazing. Had an issue with faulty hair dryer and I was sent a new one the same day. Liked the fact that they had an instructions maual in the room explaining how appliances and switches work, with map to and from both airports. Overall we loved this place. Good for two people though. One drawback, the separate toilet is small and will be uncomfortable for anyone who is big or on larger side. My husband is 5'9 and he felt it was too crampy and small. Other than that, its an amazing place. Neat and well kept.

The property itself wasn’t bad if you just need a place to sleep, but my issue was that what was advertised on Expedia was not what we were getting. We were 6 people looking for spacious rooms and the images showed what was ideal, what wasn’t specified is that they only advertise the deluxe room and not the other rooms, so we did not know we were getting smaller rooms. Other than that there are no complaints about the property, check-in and check-out is easy and the amenities are the minimal of what you need if your planning to stay for a few days in Tokyo.

The email says no towels will be provided so brought our own but then there were towels in the property. They should have said towels were provided so we didn't need to bring one and saves space in our luggage.

This isn’t a great place, It is very far out from main attractions even though train is 4 min walk from it but the ride to anywhere is pretty long. It is self check in, there is no cleaning services or any services for that matter. We had our bags coming in from Osaka and when I contacted the hotel management they said you will have to sit and wait for them to come, which waisted our whole day of waiting till they got delivered. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Well maintained, very clean & amenities listed are all there. Very close to convenience store, grocery, and train stations. Has a nearby playground too for your children to enjoy. Check in and check out procedures are easy to follow. The admin too is very prompt to reply in my queries. We just hope there is a luggage service option. Other than that our family had a wonderful time here.
