The staff was extremely polite and helpful. This facility was amazing which included a rooftop bar overlooking the city! I would strongly recommend this place to anyone staying in Toledo, Spain

Carlos V was a total disappointment! When we booked our stay, there was NO mention that it is not reachable by car. We parked at a nearby public parking lot and then rolled up the hill our suitcases until we reached the hotel! Secondly, the room was very hot as the air-condition was not working. They told us that it would not be fixed until Monday and it was Saturday. They also told us to open the window to cool the room. But the noise outside would not let us sleep! The curtain that hung in front of said window was dusty and our allergies kicked in. We then decided to not stay for our second night and checked out. However, they didn't refund us for the second night. The receptionist said that she would relay our complaints to the Manager. Very disappointing!

We are glad we stayed here. It is just a short walk to the sites in Toledo and we really enjoyed the rooftop bar for the great views. The room was pretty basic and warm but comfortable for our stay. The breakfast buffet was nice as well.

El Hotel esta bien centrico a las areas turisticas y de las bellas vista de Toledo. El cuarto estaba limpio y puedes controlar la temperatura. El desayuno es estilo bufet y es bien variado. Hay muchos restaurantes y tiendas alrededor.
