Brilliant check-in staff who helped me when i had a mishap. We stay here at least 3 times a year. It's fabulous. Great area for restaurants and 3 mins to the highway.

Rooms had everything you’d need in them. The air conditioning was easy to adjust and the water temp and pressure was great in the showers. The only thing I didn’t like were the bathroom doors. Because they were barn door style they looked great but didn’t feel like I had privacy when inside.

I really didn't like much about this property and my experience in that I found the room to be gloomy, the water for my shower was barely hot, the water trickled from the faucet, there was a barn door to open and close between the closet and bathroom, there was constant banging leading down to the raquetball/swimming area and when I tried to go swimming, there were swimming classes! Thankfully, Vikki at reception transferred me to a room at the Sheraton where I found the room to be much more comfortable and quiet for my 3 night stay.

The hotel was fine but not as updated as I would expect for signs that say recently renovated. The multiple pools to choose from was fun and the spa quite nice. The surrounding area had many choices for meals which was great. The hotel restaurant was nice but not many options for children. Staff were hit and miss. I didn’t get an overall helpful vibe. We likely won’t stay here again but it served its purpose for this trip.
