I rented a two room, three bed suite and the cupboards were completely empty in the kitchen. I’ve rented many suites in my lifetime and they have always come with dishes/silverware, or what is the point in the kitchenette. When I asked front desk, I was sent three paper plates and three sets of disposable utensils, which was not helpful. Later an employee walked into my room using a keycard and said he knocked and I didn’t answer, which I found very inappropriate, and I was not properly clothed. He came to give a set of disposable utensils, but I hadn’t called for anything that time, so felt weird and unsafe. Great location. Enjoyed the pool.

The front desk staff was very friends, however she told us our room was downstairs and said don’t worry you aren’t in a basement, we built on a hill, there is a full window to the outside in there. It was a basement and there was a fake window with a light behind it. The pillows were all horrible, to thick and hard. The room was newer and clean but the other two items far outweighed the newer clean room.
