Staff were so lovely. I LOVED the EV chargers in the underground parking. Best hotel charging situation I have ever encountered. This hotel is a real vibe, though. Hockey families everywhere you look. And they set the tone. Unsupervised teens and tweens taking up space in the hallways, gym and hot tub. Parents partying together all in one room. They were all having fun, and that’s great. Enjoy yourself, puck heads! If you can’t deal with that, this might not be a great hotel for you on a winter weekend! ;)

Unbearable noises from teen hockey team lasting for hours without intervention. Staff were willing to help. However hotel management, and policy fails to deal with recurring situation in the competition season. So if you would like to have a restful sleep, you want to avoid this hotel ans the sheraton beside during sporting season!!

The hallway STUNK… and I mean STUNK of hockey equip. Rooms were heavily booked for a hockey tourney. People were dragging hockey bags down the stairs starting at 5am. With every step… bang, bang, bang. Not to mention crashing and slamming doors as they went through the halls and stairs. Water pressure in the bathroom was extremely low. Drawers on the cabinet were broken. We will not be back.
