Toilet was plugged. Maintenance came to fix it but it was still plugged in the morning. Cob webs hanging from the ceiling, no wash cloths, fire alarms through dinner, stood in the hallway and ate my dinner with no discount offered. Complained at checkout and they waved the 50$ parking fee.

I the rooms were spotless and the guest were fine. I enjoy going there downtown Toronto when I come down good service, clean, clean rooms clean environment. The only thing I bought is the homeless hang around the front asking for money every time I walk outside there’s someone asking for something.

The room was spotless and it was a great check in the lady at the front desk was a great guess when I checked in and gave us an early check-in that was great because we missed our bus and we had nowhere to go so I was very happy with the clerk at the front desk, giving us an early check-in That’s why I like staying at this hotel because great service.
