The room was clean and had all necessary amenities. The kids pool was closed due to Renos, which was unfortunate, but the smaller adult pool was open - just packed. Check in and parking was a breeze. Friendly and quick staff.

The hotel has good bones, needs a few upgrades and cameras in the hallways to increase guest safety. The full use gym was a bonus as I was able to continue my workout away from home. Unfortunately I was not able to utilize the pool as it was always full. The Staff were quite friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my overall experience at the hotel.

We had a great stay at the Chelsea Hotel! The self check-in was fabulous as the check-in line was quite long when we arrived. The hotel was decorated for the holidays and all areas were clean and in good working condition. The only downside was that the family pool area was closed for renovations and they allowed families to use the adults-only pool and amenities.
