The check-in process was a breeze, the lobby was super clean and the hotel is right downtown Toronto. With that being said, I’m confindent that I slept on one of the original mattresses as I could feel springs and it was terrible. The bathrooms are also in desperate need of an update. Might be worth staying again if the rooms get updated.

The hotel was good and the beds were comfortable. Parking was very expensive at the hotel. Expect to add $45 more to your bill a day. The pool floor adult section needed more cleaning.

Great Location for Good Hotel!

Great location…provided all the basic requirements of a good hotel. Food options were good not great. Not very helpful with luggage, incoming or outgoing. Very nice courtyard with a variety of options for children.

Big Disappointment

This was the 3rd time staying at the Chelsea Hotel. We are 2 seniors over 75 years young. Room was different from original booking. 1st night went to sleep to find only 2 pillows. Had to call for more pillows. Next morning the coffee machine was broken. Turned out the room hadn't enough outlets and was overloaded on the outlet that the coffee machine was pluged into. Came back to room at 4:15 to lie down for a nap to find the room hadn't been cleaned nore the bed made. Had to call for service. didn't come till 4:50p.m. So much for our nap before going out to the theater. Asked downstairs at the info booth by Reservations about where to eat etc. The staff gave every time the wrong information. Turned out there were good restaurants right outside the hotel on the Elm St. Exit. Found the Restaurant in the hotel Extremly Expensive. $3.90 for a 6 oz bottle of milk.
