Overall, I had a great stay at Chelsea Hotel. The room was big and well laid out. Its central location made it easy to eat at several restaurants. The only thing that affected my stay in a negative way was the inadequate sound insulation between rooms. On Christmas eve, I was awakened by children shouting in the next room, with presumably their dad shouting from time to time. Add to that the constant banging of the door. Otherwise, my stay would have been perfect.

All the staff were so nice. We had a dog with us and we had no problems at all. The receptionist was also so nice to give us a free upgrade since we decided to extend our stay for one more night! We'll definitely come back here again.

The water slide was closed it was the reason we booked. Parking was very expensive and you could hear when the room above you flushed the toilet. It was a great location for walking around but I would stay at a more modern hotel next time.

Hotel and rooms were clean and nice. Staff was friendly. But kids in the hot tub when they shouldn’t be and water bottles in the room has the seals broken. Also no room service and you can’t even call to order, you can only order in the restaurant for takeout.
