Room was spotless and the bed/pillows were comfortable. Nicely decorated, too. Hotel staff is friendly. We enjoyed eating dinner and breakfast at the cafe. Great location. Close by to Scotia bank arena and Eaton Center.

For an Executive King we expected a bit larger room. It was very tight area. We were also a bit disappointed in the condition of the bathroom. It was a little shabby and dated with peeling wallpaper and painted over mold stains. It also had a cracked toilet lid and the toilet ran forever before it filled. The staff were nice and helpful on Check in. The gentlemen that came outside to help to make sure our car would fit in the tight underground parking was very gracious and helpful.

As are a lot of hotels you could hear very clearly the people in the hallway at all hours. Otherwise clean rooms friendly staff, easy check in, lots of overpriced food options if you’re in need.

The absolute worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. We were sleeping, then at 2 AM completely unannounced (no knock, no verbal alert, no phone call) the self proclaimed “security guard” entered our room! Total breach of privacy and completely unacceptable, we felt so unsafe! How do we even verify he was a security guard? I called the front desk and they transferred me to an alleged manager which went straight to vm. Someone alleging they are a manager called the room phone to say it was a miscommunication and they would address it with the security guard. I don’t care what the reason was, although mistakes can happen, this was handled so completely wrong. Do better, this is beyond concerning on so many levels.
