We were in town for the weekend to watch the Blue Jays for game 6/7. Spent our Friday night here at this property and it was exceptional. It’s been years since I’ve been at this hotel, great location will definitely plan to stay here again soon.

We have stayed at the Chelsea for years. Some rooms are getting a bit dated but it is still a great place to stay, staff has always been very friendly and the new check in system can be handy when there is a big lineup to check in however we used it and although we got keys for our room, it didn’t print us the receipt telling us what room were in so we had to wait in the line anyway to find out. Be advised That at the time of writing this the family pool is under renovations which was needed… but my kids loved the slide so hopefully that stays. Location wise you are super close to the Eaton Centre and either a short subway ride or Uber away from skydome (Roger’s centre) not as convenient if you are wanting to walk though. We will continue to stay here if the price of the rooms remains lower than some of the other hotels closer to Roger’s centre and have always enjoyed our stay!

Hotel was decent but did not feel like a 4 star hotel if you see the rooms. Space was good but there was no cooling in AC and when I reached out to them they say the cooling is off in winters and only heating is on. The room was so hot and then they managed to provide old table fan for cooling. The shower had very less water pressure and did seem to be cleaned in a while. They need to maintain the 4 star hotel reputation if they are asking for so much money per night. There are other 2 or 3 star hotels in downtown which has much better rooms than this hotel. Breakfast was good but had less options. Overall I would give 3 out of 5 rating. Can do much better.
