Charming country house recently renovated and furnished. It is located 15 minutes walk from the beach and the city center. 5 minutes by car from the beach and 10 minutes from the airport. Supermarkets 400 meters.
The house is located on a plot of 750 square meters, of which approximately 120 correspond to the house. The house has four bedrooms (3 double and 1 single), two bathrooms, a spacious and cozy living room and a splendid fully equipped kitchen.
Outside, guests can enjoy a beautiful garden with a nice swiming pool of 4x2 meters. The garden is an ideal place to relax, sunbathe or enjoy a drink. The house also has a covered terrace perfect for spending the hottest hours and covered garage with capacity for one vehicle.
