This modern vacation home spans 3 floors and features a spacious living/dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms (3 with 2 single beds each, one with a double bed and a bunk bed), plus 3 bathrooms and an extra toilet. The villa accommodates 13 guests and 2 additional children under 2 years old. Extras include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, foosball, ping pong table, and 4 smart TVs. Perfect for families, it offers 2 cots, 2 high chairs, toys, and a safety fence around the pool. Outside, enjoy the heated pool (open year-round except in bad weather), sun loungers, relaxing jacuzzi, 600 m² lawn, and a covered dining area with a large gas barbecue. The first-floor terrace with seating is ideal for outdoor breakfasts. Shops, beachfront restaurants, and supermarkets are just 5 minutes away by car. The golden sands of Torremolinos beaches await only 2 km or a 4-minute drive away.
Parking is available on the property. Bed linens, basic toiletries, and cleaning products are included. Pets allowed only on request.
